We may request:

Serial numbers, date codes, or authenticity markings
Close-up photos of logos, stamps, hardware, and interior details
Original receipts or purchase documentation
Authenticity cards or certificates
Dust bags, boxes, or original packaging

Counterfeit or replica merchandise cannot be accepted.

Submitting an item does not guarantee acceptance. FFC may decline items that cannot be reasonably authenticated or are not suitable for resale.

Does my bag need to be new?

No. Pre-owned handbags are welcome. Each bag is reviewed based on brand, condition, authenticity, and resale suitability.

What if I do not have the receipt?

You may still submit your handbag. Additional photos or authentication information may be requested.

Can I donate more than one handbag?

Yes. You can donate more than one handbag. Please submit the details for each bag, or contact Fashion Fights Cancer if you are donating a larger collection.

What if my brand is not listed?

Please still fill out the form and select “Other.” Our team will review the handbag and let you know whether it can be accepted.

When should I ship my handbag?

Ship your handbag only after Fashion Fights Cancer has reviewed and approved it. Once approved, we can send you a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions.

Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt?

Yes. For accepted donations, Fashion Fights Cancer can provide a tax-deductible donation receipt in accordance with applicable tax rules. Please keep the receipt for your records and consult your tax adviser regarding deductibility.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

For approved handbag donations, Fashion Fights Cancer can provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send the bag to us without paying the shipping cost yourself.
